Five Things Friday

1. One of my favorite things is checking in on our projects.  I love seeing our design vision for a space come to life!  This project is one we will be wrapping up the week after Thanksgiving, and it'll be a fun before and after to share!  Here's some process pictures of this dining room/living room space.

2. Can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week?! How is that possible?  I can't wait to cook out of my "Celebrations" book for allergy-friendly delicious recipes (we have gluten, peanut, tree nut, and egg allergies in our home).  This pumpkin pudding looks delicious!

3. Speaking of Thanksgiving, every year instead of doing Christmas Eve PJ's, we do Thanksgiving evening Christmas PJ's so our kids can enjoy them the entire holiday season.  We give our kids Christmas PJ's to open, watch a Christmas movie, and drink hot cocoa.  It's one of my favorite traditions.  We ended up getting our kids these matching pjs, but here are a few others I love (1, 2, 3).

4. It's time to start thinking about holiday parties.  There are so many pretty holiday dresses that are affordable this season!  Here are a few of my favorites (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

5. We may or may not be in the dreaming phase of building a house.  I have been pinning white homes with black windows like crazy... I think I know what the exterior will resemble :)
