Five Things Friday
1.Last weekend was Easter, and it looked different than it ever has before. We stayed home, watched church from home, and had a large Easter egg hunt in the pasture in front of our house. It was beautiful outside, we spent majority of our day in the yard, and took times throughout the day to remember together the resurrection of Jesus and the life it brings. I’ve always made it a point to have things that represent life on this day, and one of those things is fresh flowers. I spent Saturday foraging for Easter arrangements, and Karis was happy because some bright pink made the cut :)
2. I’ve been working a lot more from my computer than I usually do. I’m usually out in the field, meeting face to face with local clients/contractors, and having face to face meetings with our team. I didn’t realize the effect it would have on my eyes! I just purchased these blue light glasses, and I’m hoping they work! Here are a few other pairs I found that are super cute (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
3. We currently working on a home in central Oregon, and have the mood board presentation this week. We are definitely headed in the right direction! Here are some images we shared:
4. Even though we’re quarantined, doesn’t mean spring isn’t happening! I’m still getting ready on my work days (even though I’m mainly home), I still have virtual meetings. There are some amazing sales right now, all of these spring picks are on sale! (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16).
5. Brad and I are finally tackling our yard! It will be a slow process, but we are so excited to get started. I’m dreaming of my future garden, and he’s dreaming of his grass that will be used for baseball/football/and soccer (which I’m excited for too)! Some inspiration for that garden and shed of mine…
