Holiday Decor Replacements

 

One of the toughest days of the year is the day the holiday decor goes back in the box. As much as I hate to say goodbye to the all the festiveness for a whole year, I do look forward to a bit more normal back in the house and starting fresh for the new year.

One of the ways I’ve found that makes the transition a little easier is to include some great accessory pieces to replace the holiday decor for the other 11 months of the year! Check out my tips and favorite products below:


  1. Replace any Christmas shelf decor with some more neutral pieces. We like to bring in lots of texture and create different heights with your decor.

2. Christmas Tree! Wondering what to do to fill out the space that your christmas tree is in? Depending on where it is you can create a reading nook with a chair & side table — OR — if it’s in between furniture, you can replace it with a side table & big table lamp (see below).
