We are flying through January! Can you believe it!? I recently got a bunch of Q’s on my current workout routine and figured this would be a fun way to share. Whenever I’m home I enjoy trail running or a good hot yoga class. For the days that I don’t necessarily have time to get out of the house for a workout I’ll do a Yoga with Adriene on YouTube! She is actually a current client of ours so classes with her feel extra special. And lastly, when I am traveling, which is pretty often these days, I enjoy using the Peloton app.
Sharing some pieces that I own and love as well as some that are patiently waiting in my shopping cart in this month’s entry. I did a little round up of what to wear (a new fitness fit is always a great motivator), my go-to gear and a few of my skincare and supplement favorites. Also, a little late to the 2024 ins craze but in the spirit of the new year and good vibrations I have shared my list below! I hope this inspires you to get moving and that you are all having a beautiful start to the new year!
